Suspension of Net Asset Value calculation and proposal to close the Cells

The Directors of the Company have reviewed the size of the Cells and no longer view them as viable to continue.  A notice will be issued to all Shareholders shortly, containing information and details of the proposed timetable for an orderly wind-up of the Cells.

In the meantime the Directors have declared a suspension of Net Asset Value calculation, to take effect on 3 July 2012.  No further applications for subscription will be accepted for any Dealing Day including 2 July 2012.  No further applications for redemption will be accepted for any Dealing Day following 2 July 2012.
